We read before we write
Before we write to a business we read its website, so we know what it does and whether it could genuinely use you or send you work. If it isn't a good fit we leave it, and if the site says it doesn't want unsolicited email we leave it too. We only ever write to the address a business has published on its own website.
That reading is the slow part, and it's the part our proprietary system does for us. It's also why we can do this for $99 a month rather than the price of a salesperson.
What goes into each email
Each email draws on three things: what you've told us about your business, what's on your website, and what we've learned about the business we're writing to. You approve the first email before anything goes out, and that sets what we say about you, who you work for and where you work.
From there each email is written for the business it's going to, so a strata manager in Chermside and a builder in Ipswich won't get the same note with the name swapped. We keep them short and plain, the way you'd write to someone you'd like to work with, and we don't use hype or pressure.
Who checks the work
Our proprietary system does the research and drafting, and our team in Brisbane checks the work and steps in whenever a person is needed. You can change what we say, who we write to, or pause everything whenever you like.
How replies are handled
Replies come to us and we answer what we can using what you've told us. When someone is interested we pass them to you with the whole thread so you can pick it up from there. If anyone asks who they're talking to, we tell them honestly.
What we'll never write in your name
- A price you haven't given us, or a discount.
- A promised date or a promised result.
- Anything that isn't true about your business or what you've done.
- Another email to a business that has asked us to stop.
If you want to see exactly what we'd send for your business, book a call and we'll walk you through a first email.
